Special attention has been paid to the design of Sempiak Villas. Natural materials such as coconut wood and local stone have been incorporated in the design to ensure that the buildings reflect the surrounding area. The simplicity and elegance of each villa are what makes it attractive. Wide, expansive verandas boasting panoramic views enhance the comfort and distinctive nature of each villa.
All villas are tastefully appointed and contain the perfect holiday amenities such as air conditioning, stereo’s, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bars, fridges, safes and drinking water dispensers, all included in the rate.
Sempiak Villas doesn’t recommend children under the age of 12 to stay up on the hill at the resort. The pools are not fenced and have no lifeguards on duty, also the villas are positioned on a steep hill so there are many steps and some of the villas are also multi-level. With concerns about safety we just wanted to mention this and thank parents for their understanding in this matter. Children are welcome in our Holiday Houses
