Sempiak Villas

Attention has been paid to the design of Sempiak Villas. Natural materials such as coconut wood and local stone have been incorporated in the design to ensure that the buildings reflect the surrounding area. The simplicity and elegance of each villa are what makes it attractive. Wide, expansive verandas boasting panoramic views enhance the comfort and distinctive nature of each villa.

All villas are tastefully appointed and contain the perfect holiday amenities such as air conditioning, stereo’s, tea/coffee making facilities, fridges, safes and drinking water dispensers, all included in the rate.

Sempiak Villas has a policy that does not permit children under the age of 12 to stay at the resort. The pools are not fenced and have no lifeguards on duty. Also, the villas are positioned on a very steep hill so there are many steps and some of the villas are also multi-level. With concerns about safety, this policy was introduced and we thank parents for their understanding in this matter.
